Cougar Football Saturdays

We found these mask kits at a garage sale across the street...Annika is a giraffe

Tycho is a giraffe and Max is a Zebra

The first Cougar home football game was on Saturday night at Martin Stadium (Cougs win!!). Before each game they have a set up for the kids on Mooberry Track, Max and Tike got these cool tattoos. They will not wash their faces.

Max had a BLAST signing the fight song and cheering for the Cougs.

What Makes Us Do These Crazy Things?

Ok, here are the last couple of Lopez picture posts and a reminder of the reasons we moved to Pullman...

This is what it's all about...Sitting and watching the tide roll in and out...

These three were inseparable, breakfast lunch and dinner.

Kids are awesome...

Kids are silly...

More Summer Pictures

Max eagerly awaits his next load of crab...

My brother Dave at sunset

I took these two shots (there are MANY more) while I was playing with long exposures one night. These are two of the better ones.

Sorry for the delay

It's been a little crazy around here...What with taking the boys to Lopez, trying to sell the house, picking the boys up, starting school, etc...But the next few posts will be pictures of these last few weeks with minor commentary...

This is the rocket that we launched my Dad's ashes in to spread them over the bay at Odlin Park. It took three tries, but we finally got it right...More details on that in a later post...

Scott convinced Cooper that his shoes had binoculars built into them at some point...Cooper quickly learned to question anything Scott said...

The boys had a ball, they were really excited to get up and have fun every day...

'Somebody' decided that they needed squirt guns...Yes, I got soaked...

Nothing says summer like a Grabber from Ferdinands on the WSU Campus.

What Annika Does for Fun

A Legacy from Stan

For as long as I can remember, my family spent every summer camping on Lopez Island in the San Juans. We have always camped at Odlin Park, rain or shine. The campground is right on the water and surrounded by second growth forest, it is a truly magical place for the Honeywell family. The picture at the top of this phlog is one of the HUNDREDS of sunset picture we have taken from the beach at Odlin. We are heading back there this week for the annual trip and another small memorial service for my Dad, without whom I don't know that we would have this place to share with each other.

Thanks Dad!

Harry Potter and the End of the Line

There will be no spoilers in this entry, I promise.

I just finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and, I must say, the book did not disappoint. It was the best book of the series and an excellent ending to such an engaging tale.
